Level 1 Beginner Skills Clinic

MTB Skills Instruction for the beginner mountain biker. Reserve your spot today for $65.00 for CORA /IMBA member, $75.00 adult and $40.00 for 12 – 16 years of age.

This is for you if you are new to mountain biking or have just started and would like to learn the correct skills to make your flow on the trail more enjoyable.

1. Learn the basic skills of mountain biking.
2. Improve your experience/time on the trails.
3. Learn how to use your body with the bike, read the terrain and use your center of gravity to ride up or down / side to side by learning the following skills.

– Position & Balance on the bike
– Operation of Controls
– Terrain Awareness
– Direction control
– Pressure Control
– Timing & Coordination
(session on the trails to work on skills & shred)
